Rent & Relax Morocco works actively with many French and foreign property owners with the goal of making their properties profitable all year round. Renting out a second home has become a real profession. To manage a property effectively, one must be present on multiple platforms and respond quickly to booking requests.
Our two main activities are publishing our property owners’ listings on about twenty vacation rental websites, and promptly responding to travelers’ booking inquiries through high-quality customer service.
How much does it cost to join Rent & Relax Morocco?
Joining Rent & Relax Morocco is free! There are no costs or cancellation fees. We cover the promotional and distribution costs of your property through our partners. The commission is 15% including tax per booking.
What are the fees? And what does this include?
Your only fee will be the 15% commission including tax on the rental price. There are no fixed fees, no entry fees, and no subscriptions. It’s a win-win system: we only earn money if you do too. This commission includes the Rent & Relax Morocco service, listing your property on vacation rental sites, managing the listings, and handling bookings.
How does Rent & Relax Morocco convert vacationers' inquiries into bookings?
The Rent & Relax Morocco team is quick to respond to vacationers’ information requests. We review inquiries throughout the day and reply within an hour. We track your potential tenants from their booking request through to confirmation and payment.
As for your listing, Rent & Relax Morocco knows the best strategies to showcase your property and secure more bookings. The listing title is carefully selected, the personalized description is enhanced with highlights of the property, surrounding areas, high-quality photos, and more. By following all these steps, we optimize the conversion of your inquiries into bookings.
On which sites will my listing be published?
We work with over twenty national and international vacation rental websites. We regularly secure new partnerships.
Does Rent & Relax Morocco handle guest management on-site?
Rent & Relax Morocco takes care of writing the listing, publishing it on several international websites in multiple languages, and managing booking requests until confirmation and payment.
On-site, you only need to welcome your guests. If you don’t have a solution in place for managing this logistics, we can handle it for you or recommend partner service companies and concierges in your region.
How can I know if my property is booked?
Rent & Relax Morocco provides you with an easy-to-use online calendar that is instantly updated when you receive a booking.
You can also block dates on this calendar for your personal use.
Our account managers will provide training on how to use this calendar at the start of our partnership.
How does payment work?
It’s very simple. We ensure that the payment is collected at the time of booking. Payments are secure, and the amount of the booking is transferred to you 2 days after the guest’s arrival.
If I don’t speak multiple languages, how can I welcome foreign guests?
Rent & Relax Morocco and its multilingual team will assist you in communicating with your international guests to make their arrival easier.
If you encounter any issues, we recommend contacting us so we can help make your guests’ stay as pleasant as possible.
Who accepts and/or confirms the bookings? You or me?
Rent & Relax Morocco manages your bookings for efficiency, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Do I have the right to review the guests?
We reserve the right to review the guests. We carefully examine their profiles and ensure they meet the criteria for the property.
Who decides the prices and conditions (minimum duration, deposit, etc.)?
Our account managers conduct a pricing study to suggest the most appropriate price for your property. They analyze similar properties in the area and adjust your price to make it as competitive as possible.
For minimum rental durations and deposits, our account managers offer advice, but ultimately, you decide on the minimum rental duration for your property and the amount of your deposit.
